From shirt sales to a broader consumer growth plan.
Cargo mapped Tor’s products and analysed its customers, then developed CRM journeys, campaign concepts, website direction and a 90-day plan to grow consumer sales and repeat purchase.
The customer analysis, customer groups and 90-day plan are complete. Tor now has a structured basis for CRM, launches and customer growth decisions.
