What we collect

If you contact Cargo, we may collect your name, business name, email address, the options you select about your business needs, and the information you choose to write in your enquiry. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the website.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to reply, understand what help may be useful and keep a record of the conversation. We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and running Cargo responsibly.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. Formspree processes and stores website form submissions and sends a notification to our Cargo inbox, which is provided by Microsoft 365. Our website host also processes information needed to serve this site. We only share information where needed to run the service or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry information that does not lead to work will normally be deleted within 12 months. Information connected with client work may be kept longer where needed for the project, accounting or legal records.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or object to its use in some circumstances. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
